The first website for Shri Shivabalayogi Maharaj International Trust – www.shiva.org was created by Daniel Gobin. Dan is a devotee of Swamiji, Shri Shri Shri Shivabalayogi Maharaj, and is a resident of Columbus, Indiana, USA. Also a trustee, in the nineteen nineties, he continues to manage the site even now.

Later, Thomas L Palotas – Tom, one of the Managing Trustees of Shri Shivabalayogi Maharaj International Trust, created another website www.shivabalayogi.org under the aegis of ‘Shivabalayogi Seva Foundation’ which was established by Tom as an affiliate of Shri Shivabalayogi Maharaj International Trust in the USA.

Both these sites continue to provide very useful and extensive information about Swamiji – Shri Shri Shri Shivabalayogi Maharaj and resources like photographs, videos, bhajans, etc., pertaining to His life, His tapas, His Mission and His ashrams and centres.

However, with time, the Software Tools with which these websites and their content were created became obsolete and it is difficult or not possible to either post new information or modify existing information. It is primarily to address this problem that this new website has been created. This website does not replicate information already available on the earlier two websites and instead provides links to both the previous websites as appropriate. The kind of information that requires regular updating like ‘Contact Details’, ‘News and Events’ have been moved to this new website.
